APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Complete the “Harvest Days Parade Application” using the form below. Read through and accept the rules and requirements. Submit application along with full payment to complete registration!

• The Battle Ground Festival Association reserves the right to reject or cancel any parade entry at any time, should it be deemed inappropriate and/or unsafe.
Event Cancellation and Refunds:
• Harvest Days Festival is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.
• Refunds will only be provided with a written cancellation at least 5 days prior to the event. The applicant or authorized representative must sign and date the cancellation notice.
Insurance:
• All parade entrants must sign a “Release of Liability” statement. The contact person listed on the parade application shall be the signing authority on behalf of the company/organization they represent.
EVENT FORMAT & LOGISTICS Parade Space Assignment
• Each entrant will be assigned an entry number and staging location. Entrants will be provided an event map with the location clearly identified. Each entrant will arrive between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and enter from North Parkway onto Stadium Way. Main Street will be CLOSED at 9:00AM.
An email will be sent to the contact person the week of Harvest Days with parade maps for staging areas and the route. In addition, each main contact person will be called to verify entry the week of the parade.
Parade Route
• All parade participants must complete the entire route and return to the staging area. Once all parade participants have completed the route, participants will be allowed to leave the premises.
Big Rigs will exit North on Parkway.
Parade Participants must keep pace with the “Line of March”. No counter-marching or any other maneuver contrary to the forward progress of the parade is allowed. (Official parade spacing is 30 – 50 feet) between the entries).
Participant Parking:
• All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis at the BG High School and is limited. If you are walking in the parade, it is highly advised that you park off campus and walk into the staging area if possible.
